Hi All !

I pictured this specimen in my garden in Belgium on 2023-04-30.
I first ID it as Platycheirus albimanus, but as I was looking again on my Platycheirus, I saw pictures of this female leading to Platycheirus sticticus (Meigen, 1822) : bands on tergites and third segment yellow under...
In the group Platycheirus albimanus - ambiguus - stricticus, female only P. stricticus has a 3rd antennal segment with orange under and this habitus.
Some records of this species in Belgium but only males ...
I could measure this specimen on pictures : 8,0mm

But I didn't found a picture of this species ...

As it's a very rare species, I would like comments and or ID confirmation.

Thank you for reading this post,
Didier

More picture if needed ...

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
