Thanks Tony, So worn I didn't think of it! And I didn't know you could see Pollenia all year round, I'd only seen them in summer. |

Most Pollenia overwinter as adults - it's how they get their English name "Cluster Flies" - because they often cluster in large aggregations indoors in attics and other cold rooms.
