a smal muscidae ??

This fly was sitting on my window today and was 5 mm.
I have looked in the diptera gallery, but I did not find him.
Is it a muscidae..... or mayby another genus.

How can you see so fast, that it is a Tachinidae ??
Becourse of the antenne or the brushes at the end or the wings??

various reasons: strong bend on M vein, strong bristles on abdomen, muscids, as far as I know, don?t have such strong bristles on scutum as we can see here.
