Hello,

Is this fly a Bithia ? May be B. acanthophora ?

Bithia yes, I'd say female B. modesta

In this key, it's written that B. modesta doesn't have marginal bristles on T2.
Mine has no ? I see two dorso marginal bristles

Jessica, so the first two segments are merged, called syntergite 1&2. That makes tha apparent second segment actually the third.
So syntergite 1&2 has ni marginals here. https://uk.inaturalist.org/taxa/321744-Bithia-modesta
