Hello everybody !

I pictured this tachnidae in Belgium (Natural reserve of Ben-Ahin) on 2018-08-17.
I could measure the specimen on picture : 9,5mm.

According to Tschorning keys available online and pictures in the Gallery, it could be a Exorista sp !

My first question : is this a female ?
Second question is : Is this a Exorista ?

If There is a positive answer to the second question, coud we ID thsi specimen up to the species, I can see 4dc... ?

Thank you very much for reading and or answering these questions !
