Is it possible to distinguish between P. fasciata and consobrina here?

I think it's P. consobrina:
tergite 1 and tergite 5 extensively dusted

There appears to be a small black triangle on T5, that's why I considered fasciata as an option

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
