I spotted this fly on leaves in Germany, Baden Württemberg on the forest path. Can the fly be identified?

Lauxaniidae, Calliopum.

Unlike Ephydridae, Lauxaniidae normally have two strong reclinate fronto-orbital bristles.

with this greenish touch it should be Calliopum aeneum.
