I would think this is P. seminationis, but it’s not easy from photographs - perhaps Val can confirm?

No, just from its wing and mesonotum patterns (with large dark patches w/o dots) it is P. lugubre. Its scutellum and humeral calli are reddish or yellowish, but not in all populations.
