WEll, that is pretty nothern indeed. This is one of those boreal Hybomitra.
Please always make a frontal shot (of the head) in case of (rare) Hybomitra.
I need to assess both the calli and the length/width ratio of the frons.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
