Hello! I caught this one a few days ago. This is a Peleteria species. I can see two possibilities:
- Peleteria varia
- Peleteria popelii
In the third tergite there are some bristles, what I think that they are discals. Or not? And in the fourth tergite as well. And hairs on the ventral side of tergite 1,2 are black. So about these, I would say that this is a Peleteria popelii. But that species has never been caught in Hungary, so I’m absolutely not sure in this. And, there aren’t palpi, or I can’t see them, this is the feature of varia. So I’m pretty confused. Could you help me please?

So, what I see in tergite 3 and 4 are abdominal marginal bristles? And the discal should be in the middle of the segment?

Tergite 1+2 has no median marginals. Tergite 3 has a marginal pair. Tergite 4 has a marginal row (median marginals not separate from lateral). Tergite 5 has discals.
