Could someone help me identifying these fly?

Hello, not Hybotidae, but Empididae. Empis sp., one of the feather-legged species.

Empis pennipes has a different pattern on the top of the thorax, and it has a less robust habit. So I don’t think so.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
