Hello, 26.May 2023, southwest Germany, Saarland, found in my garden resting at the underside of leaves of Corylus avellana. Bodysize about 3mm, some pictures appear darker than the fly actually are (lightgrey) My only available key is: Günther Morge (1967): Die Lonchaeidae und Pallopteridae Österreichs und der angrenzenden Gebiete (Eine Grundlage auf der Linzer Sammlunggen und anderen österreichischer Kollektionen) 2. Teil: Die Pallopteridae I cant key it out, P. flava should be allover yellow?! The Examination of Genitalia is not possible to me they are too small, i tried it...
