Could be Achalcinae. Marc Pollet is the specialist and though he registered a while ago I cannot recall having seen him since. I may prod him to have a look.

I suspect Sympycninae. The antenna is similar in many genera in this subfam. (Sympycnus, Campsicenmus etc.) and the hind basitarsus has Syntormon-style modifications.
