Hello Found in NE of France (57190 Florange) the 6/04/2023 on a windows of my apartment. Length wing : 5 mm. I think it is a female of the family Anthomyiidae maybe the genus Anthomyia group liturata (confusanea, liturata) : cross veins shaded.
