A larva without leg

I found this larva on the stairs in front my apartment on 03/9/2023 in NE of France (Florange 57190).
Length : 13 mm.
Maybe a larva of Tipulidae ?

Tipulidae is for sure and most likely a Nephrotoma sp. (Dorsal anal lobes much smaller than dorso-lateral lobes)
