Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, way at the edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen (pine trees, beeches, birches and other), length of the midge: 6.6 mm, at a leaf of Impatiens sp.; 13th of June 2019; Outsidephotos: kuv No further idea - please help to get the ID.
