To me, it looks like a skinny Lypha dubia. But the scutellum should be black, so I don't know.. South Norway, coastal area 16 May.

Smidtia conspersa male. Something halfway Lypha and Phorocera, as a jizz.

(parafacial is hairy and note 5 humeral bristles)
