Difficult to judge from these photos. Could be a male of Geomyza venusta.
Did you collect the specimen?

Thanks for your help. I didn't get a specimen & these are all the photos since as you can see in the last photo this fly is preparing to fly away.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
