Early October 2022 in city park in Tokyo, I only got this one foto, she did not appreciate my taking pictures. I guess around 5-8mm? Can this fly be identified, is it a Tachinidae?

I can confirm the “Tachinidae” part and it should be very obvious to students of the Oriental fauna (? Blondeliini). My knowledge is insufficient.
