Hubneria affinis male

(all white hairs at back of the head, erect scutellar bristles, three bristles on humerus in strong triangle)

I had a look at the species decription and H. affinis is supposed to have yellow palps, which on this specimen (Photo 2) look black.

Ah, you are right. Prooppia (formerly Phebellia) nigripalpis has erect scutellars as well. Nomen est omen.
