Hi, Here's another couple of Compositae lovers. The tachinid is rather small and has brown legs; the hybotid is still smaller and therefore only poorly depicted - sorry! It resembles the gallery pic of Oxydromia melanopleura, could it belong to this genus? And what do the tachinid experts say? (Locality: Island of Usedom, August.) The Tachinid is Siphona sp. Probably unidentifiable from photos (and specimens).

The hybotid is actually an empid: Rhamphomyia nigripennis group male.
