Xylota meigeniana ♀ ovipositing?

Can this female be Xylota meigeniana? It was ovipositing between the roots of a dead but standing Aspen (Populus tremula). (Frankenhoehe Nature Park, old deciduous forest, near Ansbach, 2022-06-22) I've seen it again the following days but wasn't able to get more images.
