Two flies (same species) obviously involved in a lengthy mating ritual on Stratiotes aloides in our garden pond, length about 1 cm. Mechernich-Satzvey (Rhineland / Germany), 16 June 2022. Sepedon sphegea (Sciomyzidae)? Thank you in advance for checking the ID!
