This Chrysotus spec is now very common in my garden in N netherlands. Using the key https://www.royensoc.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Vol09_Part05.pdf I think it to be C. cupreus, based on: 3rd trochanter dark, front trochanter pale, halteres pale, apical part of postical vein only little longer than basal part of that vein, 3rd tibiae dark.
