Pic taken on 11.10.2007 in Belgium. I was thinking to Ctenophora but not sure... Perhaps Chironomus plumosus ? Can you help me please ? Thx in advance

no.. Chironomidae. Species is virtually impossible to know only with photos. Unless that it is very peculiar. |

There are many species in Chironomidae. Simply I don't know which genus it can be... |
