Close to Agromyzidae in build, but couldn't see a match in album which has such an unusually orange frons.
Another family?

Agromyzidae: Agromyza spec.; many Agromyza spp. especially those which develop in dicots have such a yellow frons. The prescutelar bristles are typical for Agromyza.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
