Hello!

Another bad picture of a small fly from me... :-/. Is it possible to at least determine the family of this one? Found this afternoon at a bramble bush near a wood here in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Thanks!

Could it be Tephrochlamys rufiventris or another species of that genus?
