I thought about this fly too. Thricops seems a good shot. One the other hand I don't know any Thricops with such a median vittae on abdomen. Another possibility - Hydrotaea. So, as Stephane wrote: legs wanted! Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

Thricops aculeipes? The description of this species fits remarkably well to this fly.
