Looks more like family Lygaeidae to me, and perhaps something like Oxycarenus lavaterae, judging by the photos at: http://www.koleop...index.html Martin Martin Harvey |

Oxycarenus lavaterae, without any doubt. Very, very, very common in any plant of the Malvaceae family - I've seen even in Hibiscus syriacus-. |
