a fly from a chapel

In the New Year Day this fly was foumd on the wall of a mimic of a greek chapel in an old park in Warsw. Maybe the head is enough characteristic for ID?

Maybe a "chapel-fly" Wink but the genus is Heteromyza (see the long subcostal cell ! Pfft
