Hello! This small fly I saw today für two times. The blue color was strikingly. Also this so long wings. Is it possible to determine them? Thank you in advance! b.r. Guntram gogo5760 attached the following image: [292.84Kb] Edited by gogo5760 on 23-04-2022 18:40 |

Hello, I'm no expert, but it looks like a male Leucophenga maculata (Drosophilidae). Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |

Hello Jürgen! Thank you! I believe you are right. I looked in the gallery an cannot find an other species. Best regards Guntram |

But since you do not mention where it is from, there could be other species as well, depending on the origin.
