Hello

Today I found this Empididae copula with an unknown prey in my garden. I only caught the male to take some pictures. I think they belong to genus Empis and I tried to use this key to go further. It is not easy but the hooked penis of the male is very close to Empis woodi. Do you think it is possible ?
