Good evening ! Here I am not sure even with the genus of this male. Pollenia? But, in my opinion, they have a more hairy chest and I have not seen in the gallery of individuals with blue glitter ...

Hello,

it is a worn (after overwintering) Pollenia male. The bluish opalescence should be a light effect.
