Hello!

I found this fly tonight at our garden shed (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Size about 5-6 mm. Could it be Lotophila atra (Sphaeroceridae)? (Sorry for the bad picture quality, my macro lens is broken at the moment.)


Another fly (too bad pic for an own thread) of the same size, but with orange abdomen. I think it's a Heleomyzid (Tephrochlamys):
