Dear all, I found this fly in the forest on a pile of cut wood on 19.02.2022 in the forest of Chäferberg in Zürich (Switzerland). Using a family key I was able to identify it as a Muscidae sp. (I hope that I am right in that conclusion). Do you know this species? Thank you in advance! Hello Adrian, I think, this is a Phaonia tuguriorum female. Very common here, too, in the colder season. Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |
