This fly looks like a Chrysomya to me. But the wing venation has this needletip part (marked in red arrow ) which I don't seem to be able to find in a Chrysomya wing. Could it belong to another genus? Many thanks in advance!

@Nikita Vikhrev, Picture taken in November, eastern China (Zhejiang province), in a very small hill (<100m altitude above see level). The plant is Polygonum chinense.
