Muscina stabulans (see: https://www.diptera.info/forum/attachments/img_2315_3.jpg) has three pairs of bristles in middle of prescutum(whitish area), which are absent in the specimens in my pictures. |

@Jan thank you for the confirmation and the clue anyway. It does look very much like Muscina stabulans. The legs, the scutellum and the head are all similar. |

Thank you Nikita for the ID. I think Myospila is promising. wasn't able to find the one that matches the leg coloration though. |
