Apparently a Muscina (cosmopolitan M. stabulans?).

Jan, I don't think so. Apart from general JIZZ, for example, Muscina has strong prst acrostichals. I think it is some Oriental Myospila, like this:

Muscina stabulans (see: https://www.diptera.info/forum/attachments/img_2315_3.jpg) has three pairs of bristles in middle of prescutum(whitish area), which are absent in the specimens in my pictures.

@Jan thank you for the confirmation and the clue anyway. TumbsUpIt does look very much like Muscina stabulans. The legs, the scutellum and the head are all similar.

Thank you Nikita for the ID. I think Myospila is promising. wasn't able to find the one that matches the leg coloration though.
