Picture taken in April, east China (Zhejiang province). Unfortunately I was able to make only a lateral shot before it flew away. The dark wing that has white spots reminds me of Ephydridae. Or could it be something else? Thank you in advance.

Ephydridae - yes. Maybe Parydrini, but Tadek or Marina could probably say more.
