Tiny fly in an orange grove. Very dark, but it looks like Drosophilidae to me.

With both crossveins darkened, it is probably an unusually dark specimen of some species of Drosophila quinaria group - e. g. D. phalerata seems to be a good candidate. Colour pattern of abdominal tergites, a good specific character, is unfortunately obscuired in the picture.

In another photo I can discern the color pattern of the abdomen.

Now we can judge for D. phalerata with greater probability, although other species are not quite excluded (D. kuntzei, D. histrio or D. curvispina, which is however unknown from Spain).
