 Herina (?) from Greece

These flies were observed on June 20th in central Greece. The flies were spotted close to a water stream. I'm guessing they belong to the genus Herina, but I'm not really sure which species occur in Greece and could be possible candidates. Any help with the identification is highly appreciated.
