Hi there,
i found this hoverfly on August 9, 2020 near Kiel in northern germany by a lake.
I`m not sure how to identify it surely and need help. Thanks for having a look.

Hello Stefan,

I can't see if the face is dusty or not, so Melanostoma sp.

P.S.: This is a Syrphid and as such should be posted in the Syrphidae subforum.

Ja, it is mellinum, since T2 is much wider than long.
