I don't recognize it - though it may well be undescribed. Would need to see more detail: face, antennae, scutellum, anatergite (bristles present or absent). It is a 'generalized' Asilinae genus, and a female - which makes identification difficult (group is poorly understood in Neotropics and elsewhere).
