Scaptomyza with grey femurs

I found this fly in my garden, in the west of France, in February. It looks like Scaptomyza pallida, but femurs are grey. What species could it be then ?

Yes it is S. pallida; overwintering individuals use to be dark, this one is exceptionally dark. |
