Hello everyone,

I photographed this Eristalis female on 29.07.21 in D, BW, southern Black Forest on the Belchen at an altitude of 1125 m. The size was 14 mm. Is it possible to identify the species?

Regards,

Siggi

Hello dipdip,

Thank you for your help. I think, you are right. In the meantime, the animal has also been identified as Eristalis jugorum from other sources.

Greetings Siggi

I will try to fix the messages this month. We have to make some other configuration changes before software goes out of support at end of year.
