For this one, I found that Platypalpus seems to be a good option, is it ok and do you think we can go further?

Could you tell me if the spotted median femur are a variable features, since from the few pictures I found of this species, they were not always there.

Yes, that is a character with some amount of variation. Where most species are relatively constant in the colour of the legs, a few show variation that can even be quite extreme.
