Nightly Muscids: all Phaonia?

Hello! There were several Muscidae resting tonight at our house (Ostwestfalen/Germany) at 3 ?C. Are they all Phaonia, and if so, can perhaps be said more? The male on the first picture (8-10 mm) has conspicuous dark spots on its wings. Maybe P. fuscata? Same species as the male? About the same size.

This female was perhaps a little bit larger (10-11 mm).

This one seems to me a little bit more grey. Size 9-10 mm.
