Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Holmer Sandberge (near Wedel), sandy area, edge of mixed forest (with birch, pine, ash, maples), very near to a small pond at a leaf of Alnus glutinosa, 14th of September 2021, Outsidephotos: kuv. I think it could be Gonomyia (Gonomyia) tenella (s. https://ccw.naturalis.nl/detail_images.php?id=1639&image_id=1062&width=752#1062).
