Hello, I photographed this fly near Monte Ocre (AQ), Italy, 2100m a.s.l. on June 27th 2021. I think it is a Rhinophoridae, but is it possible to identify its genus or species from these photos? Hi Emanuele, again very nice pictures! I think it is a Stevenia (cf deceptoria female - but I'm not sure).

Note the reddish sidemarkings on abdomen. More like S. signata or similar. Theo |
