Yes, looks like a male Billaea, difficult to say which one (should be triangulifera ?, but I don't see any black triangles on tergites. That said, these are best seen from behind ..)

I tried to key this out using Mihalyi. Fortunately, almost everything is visible. I ended up with B. pectinata. THe description does not fit absolutely, but many details do. This was a large species, cc 10-12 mm which suggests again pectinata. Pectinata is the common species in Hungary. Possibly a parasite of Cetonia aurata in my garden.

However, adelpha is also a possibility. And the images I find better fit this fly.
