I pictured this specimen in Belgium on 2021-08-17.
It seems to be a female Opomyza germinationis (Linnaeus, 1758) but I don't know exactly the differences between Opomyza germinationis (Linnaeus, 1758) & Opomyza petrei ...

Please help !!!

Yes, this is a female of Opomyza germinationis indeed. Colour of the abdomen is different in O. petrei.

In your specimen it's not that yellowish.
